In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring SAP SuccessFactors solutions tailored to our clients' unique HR needs.
You will collaborate with HR professionals and business leaders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and recommend best practices to enhance workforce management and employee engagement.

If you are passionate about leveraging technology to improve HR processes and want to make an impact, we welcome your application!ResponsibilitiesImplement, configure, and support SAP SuccessFactors solutions across various modules, including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, and Learning Management.Work closely with clients to gather requirements and design solutions that meet business objectives.Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and validation of SuccessFactors configurations.Provide training and ongoing support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of the system.Stay updated with the latest SAP SuccessFactors features and industry trends to provide strategic insights.Participate in project planning and deliver on-time solutions within budget constraints.Document processes, configurations, and project deliverables for future reference.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with a strong understanding of HR processes.Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors modules and integration aspects.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with stakeholders.Experience in end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementation and support.SAP SuccessFactors certification is highly desirable.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionInformation TechnologyIndustriesIT Services and IT Consulting
