As a Technical Writer/Business Analyst at Optus, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of the largest Federal Government Contact Centre. Your key responsibilities will include ensuring that technical documents comply with contractual obligations and are managed via acceptable lifecycle processes.
About This Role
* Develop and implement the Information governance framework, including policy, standards, procedures, and guidelines.
* Ensure Optus business documentation follows required processes against ISO9001 standards.
* Experience in business processes, Systems Engineering, change management, Quality Management Systems, project management, consultancy, and document management systems.
You Must Be:
* An Australian citizen eligible for Federal Government security clearance.
* Able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
