Role overview We are searching for an experienced Assistant to support our Head of Executive and Head of CSR & Sustainability and is based in the Sydney office.
This role will be responsible for:
Personal Support Detailed calendar managementExtensive travel arrangements including insurancesDetailed asset management - cars and insurancesMiscellaneous admin tasksProfessional Support Preparation of expense formsMail outs to key customersInternal posts for work anniversaries etcAdministration Support to our Head of CSR & Sustainability Diary managementGeneral admin tasks including but not limited to note taking at meetings, tracking of projectsExpense reconciliationsSupport for co-ordination and execution of national and local office eventsPhilanthropic (Mental Health Ambassador) Administration Support Management of social media presenceSupporting the CSR team with research for thought leadership communications for forums such as LinkedIn and WorkplaceEnsure recent stats and trends in mental health are shared and updated in presentationsWork with CSR Officer to drive speaking opportunities and build profileAbout you As an experienced and flexible Assistant, you will be proactive in your approach, have an outstanding ability to think on your feet, and can roll with last minute changes. You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
The ideal candidate will have the confidence to support, plan, coordinate and prioritise in an environment with multiple and sometimes conflicting demands. This role is ideal for someone who is confident in establishing relationships at all levels and feels comfortable to speak openly and operate with absolute integrity. This role also requires absolute discretion and confidentiality.
We would love to have someone join that has previous experience working closely with leaders in a start-up business. Whilst DUAL is a well-established business, the heart, pride, and investment in the success of this business is like that of a start-up.
The person will need a minimum of 2 years' experience and will be IT literate and proficient in Microsoft suite. They will also be a great team player as they will be joining a close-knit and supportive and collaborative EA team.
