The Landscape Sales/Client Manager is a terrific position serving as the link between client and company for enhancement sales, maintenance sales, and related residential landscape services.We are a full-service landscape maintenance and design/build firm, servicing some of the most prestigious, high-end residential properties in Omaha, Nebraska. We are proud of our reputation for uncompromised customer service, high-quality workmanship, and innovative design.Position ResponsibilitiesManage client relationships through proactive communicationResponsible for 30-50 residential propertiesAchieve monthly sales goals for landscape maintenance, enhancements, and tree workPerform quality control site auditsWork with designer to create & sell landscape enhancementsCoordinate with Production Managers to schedule & prioritize workResponsibilities and DutiesPromote Core ValuesManage multiple residential propertiesManage client relationshipsRecommend and sell enhancements & tree workGenerate leads and sell annual landscape maintenance contractsEstimate landscape maintenance, enhancements, and tree workProvide concierge level customer serviceDesign and sell seasonal color and holiday decoratingInspect properties and ensure quality of workQualifications and Skills2 or 4 year degree (preferably in horticulture, landscape management or landscape design)3 or more years previous experience in sales and client relationsExcellent written and verbal communication skills (email, phone, in-person)Proven ability to prioritize work, self-schedule, and meet deadlinesCapacity to prioritize client matters, make sound decisions and take actionStrong attention to details & client preferencesProcess-orientedGoal-drivenAptitude to learn quickly and integrate knowledgeDesire to soak up knowledgeHonest, professional and forthright in communicationsAbility to identify and name zone 5-7 plants (trees, shrubs, perennials)Knowledge of proper pruning and horticultural practicesProficiency with desktop software, specifically: MS Word, Excel, Outlook
