About The Role
The Client Manager, EEA is a dynamic role focused on driving sales across EEA’s corporate learning suite, including workshops, consultancy, accredited courses, and leadership programs. Reporting to the Manager, Business Development, the role involves managing and expanding client relationships, meeting defined sales targets, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention. Key responsibilities include building strong internal and external partnerships, achieving regular client meetings, and contributing to overall business development efforts to support the growth of both EEA and Engineers Australia. This position is ideal for someone passionate about business growth, relationship management, and strategic development (maternity leave cover until Feb 2026).
Location
Flexible with a preference for Sydney – with potential domestic travel requirement.
In This Role You Will
* Meet Sales Targets – Achieve EEA sales goals within the designated region and across all product lines.
* Develop Client Strategies – Create and implement client-focused strategies to enhance solution selling, client acquisition, and revenue generation.
* Account Management – Lead the creation and execution of account plans for key clients, ensuring alignment of internal resources to maximize opportunities.
* Increase Product Adoption – Promote EEA products at key accounts through industry events, meetings, and client engagement activities.
* Support Growth and Relationships – Strengthen partnerships, membership acquisition, and industry relationships while reporting on trends and sales activities.
Here’s What We’re Looking For
* B2B Sales Expertise – Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in education, consultancy, or training, with a strong track record of exceeding sales targets.
* Relationship Building & Negotiation – Skilled in nurturing long-term business relationships, effectively negotiating, and managing key stakeholders to drive growth.
* Exceptional Communication – Strong ability to deliver messages with enthusiasm and authority, both in writing and face-to-face.
* Results-Driven & Motivated – Highly focused on achieving outcomes, self-motivated, adaptable, and resilient in dynamic environments.
* Solution-Focused & Collaborative – Proactive in identifying and resolving issues, with a collaborative approach to working with internal teams and external stakeholders.
* Organised & Efficient – Excellent at managing multiple priorities, delivering timely service, maintaining high client satisfaction, and proficient in CRM tools like Salesforce for tracking and reporting.
