Job Role: Vice President, Strategic Banking Sales - APAC Location: Sydney, New South Wales Job Description: What is the Opportunity? Company’s, Vice President, Strategic Banking Sales - APAC is an experienced sales executive accountable for selling retail, corporate and analytics SaaS products to our banking customers within the APAC market. Operating in both a consultative and direct seller capacity, you will execute effective sales processes to drive success against sales targets. You will create opportunities to show how our products can be leveraged by Banking clients of all sizes, from community to mega, to meet their business objectives. Location: Based in Australia. What will you do? Manage sales within the Banking Group within APAC Generate a healthy sales pipeline for large, integrated transformation deals, and successfully convert it into sales. Develop and execute successful sales campaigns. Create and implement pipeline acceleration programs, win plans and sales presentations. Leverage effective client relationship management to drive sales performance in the short and long term. Prepare and implement client engagement strategies to solve clients’ business issues. Monitor the ongoing client experience and proactively anticipate client needs by having a strong pulse on emerging industry trends and the competitive landscape. Generate a healthy sales pipeline for future fiscal targets. Proactively build strong internal business relationships to collaboratively identify continuous enhancement opportunities of sales efforts and build a deeper understanding our customers’ needs. What do I need to succeed? Must have: 8 years of experience in selling technology products/enterprise software solutions. Experience in both direct and indirect sales models in the FinTech / Technology Banking space. Expert in both creating new business and selling in a complex customer environment. Experience in (Technology or Business) Software Applications License Sales. Demonstrated ability to move and influence a team towards a common goal to achieve desired results. Have an entrepreneurial spirit and instincts - you don’t just respond to opportunities, you create opportunities. Have superior networking skills and thrive off building and maintaining connections, internally and externally, proven through having a large network within the FinTech Banking industry. Proven experience building and managing growth, seeding, demand creation, and lead nurturing. Nice to have: Experience using Salesforce to manage the sales cycle.
