ABOUT THE ROLE: Champion team needs for resourcing, training, and teamwork synergy.Optimise time allocation and team productivity.Actively contribute in internal meetings, adhering to company policies.Exemplify Lucid's Core Values and Signature Behaviours.Mentor and engage in Relationship Feedback Form (RFF) forums.Execute fire safety engineering tasks with finesse, eventually leading projects autonomously.Enhance office standards and resources, elevating design tools and QA practices.Drive design, documentation, and consulting tasks for fire engineering projects.Collaborate seamlessly with other senior engineers and project leaders, attending site inspections and project meetings.CLIENT CARE: Craft and execute client projects with precision, adhering to Lucid's QA standards.Lead project management, contractor coordination, and client relations.Conduct technical reviews and deliver compelling client submissions.FINANCIAL: Drive budget accountability, ensuring stellar project and team performance.
BUSINESS PLANNING: Uphold Lucid's policies and align with strategic goals.
Shape Operational Plans and spearhead business enhancement initiatives.
RISK MANAGEMENT: Swiftly identify and mitigate People, Client, or Business risks.
