We are seeking a talented and motivated Commercial Broker Support to join our dynamic team.
This role involves providing essential administrative and operational support to our Brokers.
Qualifications & experience NZ Certificate in Financial Services Level 5 General Insurance (advantage but not essential).Good understanding of Word, Excel, Outlook.Tasks & responsibilities Assist in communicating with clients to gather necessary information for policy renewals, endorsements, claims processing, and other related inquiries.Address client queries and provide excellent customer service to maintain positive relationships.Preparing and processing insurance policies.Assisting with re-marketing of accounts.Ensure accurate and timely documentation of endorsements, new business, and renewals.Overall assisting the broker.What we offer A great working environment within a supportive and fun team.Opportunity within the business to advance your career, working alongside an experienced team.Salary will be based on experience and the value you bring to the team.Full-time position. #J-18808-Ljbffr
