Estate Management Role
This full-time on-site role, with travel required, will form part of our team of experienced building facilities managers. As a key member of our Estate Management team, you will be responsible for the effective delivery of facility management services to our assets under external service contracts.
About the Role
* You will lead the building management and maintenance for assigned assets, ensuring priorities are met in accordance with agreed management programs and budgets.
* You will implement processes and procedures to enhance FM operations across hard and soft services.
* You will provide high-quality reports on the quality and effectiveness of EM external service delivery in accordance with established Service Level Agreements.
* You will take a leading role in the implementation of complex building projects and minor refurbishment works with key stakeholders, from project conception through brief development, design and construction phases, cost control to hand over and transition to ongoing maintenance.
About You
* You will have tertiary qualifications or equivalent facilities management qualifications and/or experience, with a minimum 7 years' relevant experience in building management and FM service delivery, planning, prioritisation, budgeting and financial management.
* You will have extensive experience in contract and contractor management, service contract procurement including developing and maintaining professional working relationships.
* You will have excellent leadership qualities, interpersonal, organisational and communication skills, with a strong understanding of FM as a value-added service.
