About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team in North Brisbane. This role offers a mixed caseload of both paediatric and adult clients, making it an exciting opportunity for a clinician who enjoys variety and professional development. As part of our team, you will provide occupational therapy services for clients aged 15 and above, offering community-based service delivery as well as working from the office. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to provide clinical supervision to other clinicians, particularly those expanding their paediatric caseloads, supporting their growth and development in the field. Key Responsibilities: Provide clinical assessments and treatment plans for a diverse caseload of paediatric and adult clients. Deliver services in a community-based setting as well as from the office. Offer clinical supervision and guidance to other clinicians, particularly those working with paediatric clients. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality client care. Support clients in achieving functional independence, promoting wellbeing, and enhancing quality of life. About You: Bachelor or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy and are registered with AHPRA. Experience working with paediatric clients, and enjoy working across diverse age groups. Committed to providing person-centred care and can tailor interventions to meet individual needs. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and enjoy working as part of a collaborative team.
