Leading and supporting a team of scheduling staff to ensure efficient workforce planning.Developing and maintaining staff rosters that align with client needs and employee availability.Managing roster changes efficiently to minimise disruptions.Ensuring compliance with fatigue management, overtime provisions, and contractual obligations.Collaborating with internal stakeholders to enhance scheduling processes.Communicating shift allocations and changes promptly to staff and customers.Reviewing and approving timesheets and reimbursements in alignment with service agreements.What We're Looking For Certificate III in Business Administration (or equivalent experience in scheduling/rostering).At least two years' experience in a rostering or scheduling role in a fast-paced environment.Strong organisational and time management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency in rostering software (e.g., Brevity CRM) and Microsoft Office Suite.Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle scheduling conflicts effectively.Knowledge of Human Resource Management principles and employment regulations.Mandatory Requirements Working with Children Check (Blue Card).NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card) or NDIS Worker Screening Module.Current Valid Driver's Licence.This is a Monday to Sunday role, with hours ranging from 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM, based on operational needs.
