The Role:
As the new Leasing Consultant, you will have the exciting opportunity to assist on a well-maintained portfolio of exceptional properties.
* Supporting a Senior Property Manager with the leasing process
* Conducting open homes and inspections
* Managing leasing inquiries via email and phone
* Application process including reference checks
* Conditions Reports
* Data entry into Agent Box & Property Tree
The Candidate:
Must have:
* Certificate of Registration in Real Estate
* Own car and driver's license
* Previous real estate experience ideal, but not essential
