We are seeking an outstanding individual with sound experience in human resource functions to join our growing team.
The role involves delivering a range of corporate functions to support regulatory professionals, working in a fast-paced and changing environment.
The ideal candidate will be adaptable, able to thrive on managing competing demands, and possess strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan, implement, coordinate, and deliver operational activities contributing to advertising, recruitment, and selection needs.
2. Develop, coordinate, and maintain systems, processes, and documentation to support recruitment activities.
3. Establish and maintain effective relationships with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and achieve outcomes.
4. Contribute to the effective provision of HR services by coordinating workforce planning, recruitment, retention, staff induction, payroll, performance development, classification, contract management, WHS, and change management.
5. Deliver HR operational requests related to job design and analysis, prioritizing tasks in alignment with agreed team practices.
6. Contribute to the preparation of recruitment analysis, reports, documentation, and correspondence.
Requirements:
1. Sound knowledge of human resource principles and practices, including emerging trends.
2. Knowledge of government legislation, policies, procedures, and activities relating to human resources.
3. Knowledge of WHS principles and administration, championing health and safety.
