About the role Corrective Services NSW requires an Assistant Centre Administration Officer to join a vibrant team at the Bathurst Correctional Centre. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to a Correctional Centre, and your duties and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Assist with stores and asset managementArrange courier services, mail pick-up/delivery, and distributionAssist with deliveries into the CentreProcurement, including purchase order creation and receipting as requiredPayment for goods and services with PcardLoading and unloading trucksReceiving and receipting deliveriesElectronic filing and archivingGeneral administrative team tasksLiaise with key internal and external stakeholdersAll miscellaneous tasks as required in accordance with the capabilities of the roleAbout you To be successful for this role, you will display integrity at all times, and be a true team player with excellent communication and organisational skills. You will maintain confidentiality at all times whilst utilising your proven experience and knowledge to meet the demands of this role effectively. Resilience, initiative, high attention to detail and accuracy along with the ability to work under pressure are the key attributes to succeed in this fast-paced role.
