About the role
Moorabool Shire has an opportunity for qualified individuals to support the operation of Bacchus Marsh Outdoor Pool & Ballan Outdoor Pool in line with Moorabool Shire Council's vision, mission and values. The role requires the provision of effective aquatic supervision, providing a safe environment and quality services for the community, whilst supporting the Pool Duty Supervisor.
Moorabool Shire Council currently has multiple Pool Lifeguard positions available across the Bacchus Marsh and Ballan Outdoor Pools.

To thrive in this role, you will hold, or be willing to obtain a current Pool Lifeguard Award (including CPR), current Certificate II in First Aid and current Working With Children Check (employee), and possess a positive and friendly demeanour.
