This role will be the liaison point between our Finance community, IT teams, Integration teams and wider business stakeholders, playing a key role in process and technology transformation, to deliver real value to AGL's Finance function.What you’ll be doingDrive system and process improvements, as well as projects/initiatives (from Business Case to Implementation) within AGL virtual teams, while upholding AGL Governance, Policy and Procedures.Partner with business units including (but not limited to) Integrated Energy, Customer Markets, Corporate and IT and new businesses to understand their business, stakeholder expectations, priorities and challenges in relation to systems/processes and offer support/coaching around end-to-end system and process matters.Assist with the integration of new businesses within the AGL group.Provide individualised coaching and pain point solutions across our finance community, identifying pain-points and opportunities to create value, time savings, reporting capabilities or quality improvements for the team.Maintain process documentation, training materials and other related artefacts for training delivery.What you’ll bring to the tableDemonstrated experience in Finance/Projects, and Integration of new acquisitions, with a proven ability to drive efficiency in processes.SAP S4/HANA Systems user experience and a good understanding of systems processes, configuration and testing (ideally including SAP FICO, BW, BPC, Project Systems, Assets and Investment Management).Ability to learn other systems quickly and identify points of interconnection from both a data and process perspective.Finance CPA/CA qualification and project management experience.Experience influencing teams not directly under your control.Achievement and Improvement oriented, with a can-do attitude.Demonstrated experience in process mapping and documentation.Demonstrated knowledge of systems and process risks and controls, as well as data governance principles.Visual Basic, SQL, Power BI highly regarded.We’d love to see your application by 11:59pm, Tuesday 21 January 2025.BenefitsAt AGL, we offer a wide range of benefits including:Flexible working options including hybrid work.Discounts on energy, telcos and solar plans.Participate in Energise - our reward & recognition program.Play an active role in our diversity & inclusion initiatives.Novated leasing and Electric Vehicle subscriptions.Access to study assistance, AGL’s share purchase plan and insurance deals.* Benefits may change over time and vary based on location.Inclusion at AGLAt AGL, we value diversity and welcome applicants from various backgrounds, including Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander peoples, individuals with disabilities, culturally diverse individuals, and members of the LGBTQ+ community.
