Duties/Responsibilities:
1. Work alongside an experienced Senior Property Manager
2. Assist the Senior Property Managers with the overflow:
3. Lease renewals
4. Entry and exit inspections
5. Routines
6. Rental Arrears
7. Processing maintenance
8. Providing exceptional customer service to owners and tenants / follow up and clear communication
9. Monday - Friday
The Successful Candidate:
1. QLD Certificate of Registration
2. Australian drivers license
3. Previous experience in Real Estate/Reception (Min 6-12 months)
4. Must be a friendly, bubbly person who enjoys coming to work!
5. Excellent computing skills and attention to detail
6. Outstanding organisation and time management
7. Ability to deliver high-end customer service to owners and tenants
8. Immaculate presentation
