Working closely with the Hotel Manager, you’ll be part of a small team of genuine people, looking to create lasting memories and exceptional experiences for each and every guest. No day will be the same, but each day you’ll expertly:Undertake a variety of general hotel maintenance work in common areas and hotel roomsComplete repairs to apartments, equipment, and common area hardwareAssist in troubleshooting electrical equipment such as TVs and air conditionersRespond quickly to emergencies and maintain maintenance inventoryManage on-site contractors, contractor compliance and inductions, upkeep of service agreements, and building audits for complianceWork independently with an ownership mindset but also with a team focusManage and assist in new building defectsYou'll be provided with all the tools and supplies required to be set up for success, and work closely with the hotel team to ensure that the property's condition and upkeep is improved or sustained.You'll be someone looking for a long-term career with a growing, Australian-owned hotel group.
