About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Hotel Manager to take the lead in overseeing the day-to-day operations of this high volume Venue. This role requires a hands-on leader who is enthusiastic about driving business success and delivering top-notch customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong management skills, an understanding of pub operations, and a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for all aspects of the venue, including staff management, customer service, financial performance, and ensuring the highest standards of compliance and safety.
Your Skills and Experience:
* Proven experience as a Hotel Manager, Venue Manager, or Assistant Manager in a pub or similar hospitality environment
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and inspire a diverse team
* Excellent understanding of pub operations, including food and beverage, gaming, and events
* Financial acumen with experience in managing budgets, financial reporting, and achieving KPIs
* Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for creating a welcoming atmosphere
