Your Role
The day-to-day responsibilities will see you consult, implement, manage and support our clients on a broad range of technologies. You will foster strong relationships with clients and understand their technology and business. You will also foster strong relationships with your team.
Your Professional Skills and Experience
We are looking for highly skilled and capable individuals. Ideally, you will have experience at another Managed Services Provider supporting mid-market (greater than 100 seats) or rapidly growing small businesses.
Technically, you will have extensive experience and consider yourself an expert at supporting and managing many of the following technologies:
Microsoft 365 including Exchange Online, Teams and SharePoint
Microsoft Azure
Microsoft Intune including Autopilot
Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)
Windows Servers
Azure AD / AD
Server hardware, storage and virtualisation (Dell, VMWare, HyperV etc).
Networks and firewalls (Cisco, Fortinet, Sophos, Dell etc).
Cyber security tools and frameworks.
Professionally, you're a strong communicator, strong team player, mentor and leader and have a genuine passion for delivering quality service.
Your experience should ideally be backed by current formal certifications in many of the technologies noted above, particularly in relation to Microsoft (Microsoft Certified and Microsoft 365 Certified). Certifications in Cisco, Fortinet and ITIL will be highly regarded, as will Tertiary Level Degrees in IT or other fields.
Your Personal Skills
You will be working with our clients, so we expect you to have strong interpersonal and communication skills. You should have a passion for IT and for what IT can deliver for our clients.
You need to work both autonomously and with a team. You need to be a great problem solver and a lateral thinker. You also need to enjoy learning and sharing knowledge.
Employment Specifics
This is a full-time, permanent role. Due to the nature of IT work, the position will involve some after-hours and weekend work.
You must have a driver’s license, must be an Australian Citizen (or have ongoing work rights in Australia) and your employment is subject to completing a Police Clearance Check.
