About the Role: Working at Blossom Support Services as the Personal Assistant to the Executive Manager. This full-time office-based role is instrumental in shaping the behind-the-scenes operations that influence the day-to-day support provided to our participants. Key Responsibilities: Administration, Planning, and Organisation: Complete administrative tasks as directed by senior management, ensuring compliance with record-keeping procedures. Organise and coordinate training for Community Support Workers, handle external service bookings, and assist in planning staff events. Stakeholder Relations and Communication: Effectively communicate with stakeholders through various channels. Develop positive stakeholder relationships and respond to participant inquiries, ensuring smooth program operation. Financial and Operational Management: Assist in budget implementation and adherence to financial policies and procedures. Handle purchasing, booking, and shopping requirements for effective service delivery. Staff Leadership and Work Health & Safety: Act as a positive role model, promoting dignity, respect, and diversity. Observe, report, and act on matters affecting staff and participant well-being, adhering to WHS regulations and NDIS Legislation. About You Experience and Knowledge: Relevant experience in the disability sector or an administrative role. Familiarity with administrative processes and understanding of the NDIS. Strong administrative knowledge, including Microsoft 365, Adobe, and Xero. Personal Attributes: Professional approach, ability to work under pressure. Organisational and time management skills, confident manner, and a positive approach to change. Required documentation: Valid, unrestricted driver’s licence. NDIS Worker Screening Check. National Police Check Current First Aid and CPR certification. Willingness to gain other clearances and training upon successful application.
