About the role:
Transmax has grown significantly over the last 2 years, and we are not slowing down! We're in the next exciting stage of our growth phase which is why we are now seeking to appoint a Key Account Manager, pivotal to the success of our business. This newly created role will sit within our Accounts and Partnerships Group and will see the successful applicant acting as our principal relationship manager across nominated Transmax's key accounts.
You will ensure satisfaction, retention and growth of our client base and focus on driving customer value, revenue growth and improving overall margin performance. You will work closely with dedicated areas of the business in this sales-focused role aligning strategies and delivering superior service to your assigned customer base.
Key focus areas within your remit will include: Sales Activities and Customer Relationship Management Strategic Planning and Execution Customer Retention Forecasting, Budgeting, Reporting & Performance Management About you:
Performing this business-critical role; you will be a natural proactive Sales Manager demonstrating a strong strategic business approach with a compelling customer centric mindset. Bringing your exceptional persuasive communication skills (both written and verbal) you will effectively communicate technical solutions to all audiences including non-technical stakeholders with ease. You are comfortable with handling challenging customer conversations.
Your strong networking skills and ability to form relationships will be second to none as well as your experience with sales or account management, bid management, contract administration, product management and project management. You will have exceptional attention to detail, have an analytical mindset and be highly comfortable in understanding business and commercial landscapes and making informed decisions.
