The opportunity
We currently have an fixed term part time opportunity to join our Claims System Technical Team as a Claims System Specialist. In this role, you will play an integral part in enhancing systems experience for both our users and customers.
The ideal candidate takes pride in delivering an exceptional customer experience at every touchpoint. You are self-motivated, with a keen attention to detail, capable of maintaining high standards during times of change, and resilient when facing challenges.
Your new role
1. Provide support and guidance to users across all Claims systems including and other integrated back-end systems
2. Create, manage and execute system testing including UAT, PVT and Regression.
3. Manage our Enquiry Inbox by responding to a wide range of requests from the business and/or IT
4. Review and reconcile Inbound / Outbound Document Management system issues
5. Initiate and/or participate in workshops to gather requirements to be documented and identify an optimal solution with the Product/Business owner and our development teams
6. Raise and manage system issues and liaise with user and IT to drive resolutions
7. Identify and implement process improvements and assist in the development and implementation of assigned projects
About you:
8. General Insurance Claims experience with experience across claims systems
9. Strong analytical, problem solving and process mapping skills
10. Time management and organisational skills with a solutions oue focus
11. Exceptional negotiation and influencing skills with an agile and critical mindset
12. Ability to form and maintain stakeholder relationships as well as effectivemunication skills across a wide range of levels
13. Ability to work autonomously, show initiative and establish priorities aroundpeting tasks and timeframes
14. Skills to manage and perform testing under challenging timelines and environments.
