The Role This is a program that will support and manage the HRIS implementation of a full-suite payroll, HCM, and rostering software. The role reports into the Head of Delivery and Chief People Officer, who both demonstrate positive management styles, a forward-thinking mindset, and a strong focus on operational excellence. The role of Change Manager will focus on ensuring the smooth adoption of this transformation by working closely with key stakeholders, embedding best-practice change strategies, and supporting the organisation throughout the program. Specific responsibilities include: Developing and implementing a comprehensive change management strategy aligned with the program's objectives, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement. Assessing organisational readiness for change and identifying potential barriers to adoption. Collaborating with project teams and business stakeholders to align change initiatives with program delivery timelines. Facilitating stakeholder engagement workshops to identify change impacts, risks, and mitigation strategies. Designing and delivering tailored training plans to ensure users are equipped to leverage the new systems effectively. Creating clear and engaging communication plans to ensure timely updates for all stakeholders, including ELT, with concise, non-technical language. Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of change activities, adjusting approaches as needed to enhance adoption and minimise resistance. Supporting UAT and rollout phases, ensuring users are adequately prepared for the transition. Providing input on process redesign and improvement opportunities related to the new HRIS system. Partnering with functional teams to ensure alignment between technical implementation and user needs. Your Profile You will be an individual with a strong background in core change programs and implementations. You must be able to demonstrate the highest levels of communication to non-technical stakeholder and be able to present written and visual communications to senior leadership. You will have experience working within a vibrant, fast-paced environment and be a strong communicator who can present to senior executives. You will be comfortable liaising with business stakeholders and external consultancies at various levels and understand what their requirements are and how IT will enable strategic and commercial outcomes.
