We are seeking a skilled Sales Support Team Leader to lead our phone-based sales team in speaking to current Dulux accounts. As the leader, you will coach and develop your team while also leading by example, engaging with key Trade account holders across the country.
This role plays a critical part in enabling our Trade growth strategy. You will be supported by great leadership and structure that will set your team up for success.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a high-performing contact centre sales and service team that meets its objectives
* Ensure Outbound call completion for daily/weekly assigned requirements
* Manage and update customer key information within CRM database
* Maintain exceptional quality and customer service standards through call management observation and interdepartmental feedback
