The role of Training Coordinator will actively support our Partnerships team in delivering training to travel trade partners (domestically and internationally) about Tasmania. Training will be delivered via multiple avenues, including webinars, face to face, B2B events and written information. The role offers the opportunity to use your knowledge and skills to build ambassadors, ensuring our partners can sell and promote Tasmania thanks to better training and upskilling.

What you'll be responsible for:
Coordinate and support training delivery to ITOs, OTAs, retail travel agents and Key Distribution Partners (partners) including Aussie Specialist and Tassie Specialist product training programs.
What you'll work on:
1. Provide central management coordination of partner queries to support product knowledge and partner servicing.
2. Coordinate and manage industry participation to support training content and build connections between industry and partners.
3. Support industry trade training events and family programs including registration, logistics management and after care services for industry and partners.
4. Support partner familiarisation visits including coordination and attendance, as required.
5. Maintain records and administer database of training, industry, partners and event participant details and support program reporting and deliverables.
6. Support other partnership programs, as required.

Desirable requirements:
7. Commercial experience working within the tourism industry or in a marketing role.
