About the Opportunity Based in Sydney, this role is reporting to the EGM of Marketing.
The Graphic Designer will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's visual identity across all touchpoints.
You'll apply brand guidelines to our lifestyle communities and tourist parks, creating innovative visuals that tell our brand's story, ensuring our collateral, advertising, signage and sales environments resonate with our audience.
Accountabilities: Cover the graphic design requirements for the organisation, specifically applying and interpreting brand guidelines and toolkits for the land lease communities and tourist parks.Work closely with the lead creative agency in applying the brand guidelines, ensuring meticulous execution.Understand media specs and create finished art for booked media, adhering to strict material deadlines.Roll out new brand guidelines and ensure consistent application of the same in our marketing collateral, advertising, communications and signage.Rollout of brand to create new sales environments in our display homes.Create engaging video content and graphics for social media platforms.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaign concepts and visual storytelling that reflect our brand ethos.Ensure all design projects adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all platforms.Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the over-50s demographic to create relevant and engaging designs.What do you bring? You are a seasoned Graphic Designer who can demonstrate a strong portfolio showcasing your graphic design work to date.
You will have advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite which includes Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Premier Pro.
You will have a creative eye with an excellent sense of aesthetics and keen attention to detail.
Prior experience in photo retouching, video editing and AI image creation /virtual staging is highly regarded.
An understanding of branding and visual storytelling, and use of copywriting, particularly in the property industry will ensure success in this role.
You are a natural collaborator with strong stakeholder and time management skills.
