Proficiency in manufacturing premium consumer packaging for the fast-moving consumer goods sector.
Experience with large machines in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
Proficiency in hydraulics and pneumatics; familiarity with PLCs, such as Allen Bradley, Omron, and Siemens S5 & S7.
It would be advantageous to have knowledge of gas-fired burners and controllers.
High risk licenses, such as those for forklifts, confined spaces, and heights, are desired.

Work Schedule & Compensation The Taree aerosols manufacturing plant operates 24/7.
The role requires flexibility to work rotating 8- or 12-hour shifts as part of a 5-, 6-, or 7-day roster, including weekends, in line with the Enterprise Agreement.
This is a full-time position, offering a salary range of $80,000 – $117,000 per year, with potential for additional allowances and overtime.
Candidates must be willing to work reasonable overtime as required.
