Job no: 886193Work type: Part timeLocation: Adelaide Metro WesternCategories: Allied and Scientific HealthWomen's and Children's Health Network, Health and Recovery, Trauma and Safety Services (HaRTSS), Port Adelaide (5015) Salary Classification - AHP3 - Allied Health Professional L3 - $104,180 to $111,746 Part Time - Term Contract (12-months) About the Opportunity We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the Cedar Health Service as a Team Leader, where you will be responsible for: Facilitating training and professional development for health professionals to address Domestic and Family Violence (DFV) within a healthcare context, following strategic best practices.Identifying strategic priorities and implementing a Service Plan for Cedar Health Service to ensure SA Health and WCHN services meet current and future demands.Providing expert guidance on gendered violence, risk assessments, and DFV service responses to achieve Cedar Health Service and SA Health objectives.Delivering high-level advice to enhance service responsiveness and implement policy or system changes related to DFV and child protection.Supporting senior leadership with strategic planning and leading the development of policies and procedures to improve safety for victims and survivors. About You To be successful in this role, you will have the ability to: Appropriate Degree or equivalent qualification which gives eligibility for full membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in relation to, liaison, negotiation, and the ability to deal with conflict situations in a rational and constructive manner.Demonstrated ability to apply skills in analysing complex risk problems and formulate and implement appropriate courses of action particularly in the management of risk and providing clinical supervision.Demonstrated ability to provide clear leadership and lead staff discussion concerning philosophical, moral, and ethical work issues.Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team environment and demonstrate personal initiative and judgement.Experience in the development and implementation of clinical standards, policies, procedures, and systems.
