Family-friendly coastal lifestyle roster: 5 days / 5 off / 4 nights / 5 off - Dampier (Residential) About the role We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor for Dampier Ports to supervise a skilled mechanical maintenance team to deliver shutdown planned preventative maintenance. You will be responsible for leading a team to execute work as planned on time to deliver availability and reliability to Port assets, communicating and liaising with the team of mechanical maintainers, superintendent, planners, electrical teams, and contractors. Your responsibilities will include: Providing support regarding HSEQ workplace policies and critical risk monitoring. Leading and developing tradespeople and apprentices to deliver a high quality of work. Contributing to the HSE system to enable an injury-free and environmentally responsible workplace. Performance management of the team, including training and career development. Identifying and participating in continuous improvement projects, including cost-saving, reliability, and production efficiency projects. What you'll bring Experience in leadership roles managing dynamic teams, a current or eligibility to obtain a MSIC, and a proactive approach with a strong commitment to driving a safe working culture. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills are essential, along with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills. Experience in Asset Management processes and practices (SAP, work management) and proficiency in Microsoft packages such as Outlook, Excel, and Word is required. It will also be beneficial if you have experience working with conveyors, reclaimers, car dumpers, and stackers.
