About the Role
We are seeking a Support Worker with a passion for helping people with disability live meaningful lives. Your role will involve delivering personalised support in a group home setting, assisting clients with daily tasks, and supporting them to engage with their community.
* Deliver tailored support in a group home environment
* Assist clients with meal times, personal care, medication administration, and manual handling
* Support clients to participate in their community and make informed decisions
* Foster independence by teaching clients new skills
* Provide transportation services using CPA's minivan

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* To work a minimum of three days a week, with 20-25 hours available (with scope for more)
* A current NSW driver's license (P2 minimum)
* To travel to multiple group homes locations across Wyong, Long Jetty, and Umina
