This firm adds value to their clients' businesses with their commercial expertise and knowledge and boasts a positive team culture and promotes a genuine work/life balance, hence they are looking for a talented Estate Planning Lawyer to join their team on either a part-time or full-time basis. About this role As an experienced Practitioner (envisage min. 5 years), you will enjoy autonomy with direct client contact, providing pragmatic and strategic advice, in relation to a broad range of Wills/Probate & Estate Planning matters including estate litigation & associated property issues. Your responsibilities will include eg.:- provision of pragmatic legal advice, and document drafting of Wills, including testamentary trusts wills; Powers of Attorney; Appointments of medical treatment decisions makers; Estate planning for complex family structures; SMSF's; Probate and estate administration; and Part IV claims, both for plaintiffs and defendant executors extensive client liaison and developing/fostering strong professional relationships; practice/time management to provide prompt turnaround times and high quality, plain English written & verbal advices About you To secure this unique opportunity you will have previous experience ( Min. 5 years ) as an Estate Planning Lawyer in a similar role and other valued attributes including:- excellent communication/client management skills, a pragmatic & outcome focussed approach; strong drive, enthusiasm, integrity and commercial awareness; well developed drafting & analytical skills; ability to work autonomously, proactively & efficiently to manage often competing time frames.
