Key Responsibilities: Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages with exceptional presentation and consistency.
Engage with customers, providing friendly and professional service while recommending drinks based on their preferences.
Ensure compliance with Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) regulations and maintain a safe drinking environment.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stock rotation and glassware management.
Assist in inventory management, monitoring stock levels, and placing orders for bar supplies.
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely service without compromising quality.
Collaborate with the team to develop new drink recipes and promotions that enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications: Minimum of one year of experience as a Bartender in a busy bar, restaurant, or hospitality setting.
Strong knowledge of cocktail preparation, mixology techniques, and beverage pairing.
Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification (or willingness to obtain).
Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Strong teamwork skills and the ability to multitask in a high-energy environment.
