THE ROLE Due to continued growth we currently have a position for a Warehouse Assistant to support our NSW operations. Located in Seven Hills, this role is essential to continuing our commitment to providing builders with a first class experience from an installation partner on site. Previous experience in the building industry and/or a background in either trades service or installation support would be highly regarded.The person in this role will be given freedom to apply their previous work experience, make the job their own and succeed in their own way. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Responsibilities: Warehouse operations for the receipt, pick/pack and dispatch of goods as well as maintaining stock integrity through regular cycle countsCo-ordinating the warehouseSite deliveries when required - ute and 4.5T truckBuild relationships with key suppliers and contractors needed to deliver the logistics operation, including product transport, coordinate collections and manage third party storageActively working with internal and external customers to understand and deliver upon their logistic needsEnsure all activities are planned within agreed guidelines and these are reviewed and adjusted depending on department performance and volume changesInventory control and stocktakes.
