CGC Recruitment are working in collaboration with a well-established Residential Builder who specializes in the delivery of medium rise apartment/mixed-use developments throughout Perth. Projects typically span from $10-20m, led by highly regarded industry Directors who have a proven track record of delivering a range of developments across WA.
The Role - Contract Administrator
An excellent opportunity for an experienced/Senior Contract Administrator who wants to take that next step in their career. Joining a privately owned business with an excellent reputation, you'll work closely with the Construction Directors & Construction Manager, taking ownership of your projects.
They have projects under construction and new projects due to start, so plenty of work in the pipeline, joining a secure builder.
Office based in Leederville, with ad-hoc site visits as and when required.
