About the Role
We are seeking a Project Manager to support legislative reform projects on behalf of our Federal Government Client. The successful candidate will review and enhance the team's project management practices, improving productivity and delivery of high-quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop a project plan outlining key milestones and deliverables.
* Propose a structure and format for project deliverables.
* Review existing project management practices and products, including templates and processes.
* Consult with the team to understand current ways of working and identify areas for improvement.
* Recommend new project management methodologies or approaches.
* Provide recommendations for software or applications to support updated practices.
* Engage with stakeholders to test and validate new practices and products.
* Upskill team members by providing advice and guidance.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Proven experience in project management, preferably in a legislative context or complex policy projects.
* Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Lean).
* Ability to consult with stakeholders and train team members on new project management processes.

* Holding a Baseline Security Clearance is essential.
