About the role
As the Ranger (Field Services) you will deliver in-park services as directed by the Manager to enable efficient and effective delivery at a district level in accordance with the Regional Action Plan. You will be accountable for the delivery of on the ground works including, but not limited to, maintenance of assets, infrastructure, and facilities, and the field delivery of environmental projects. You will undertake Fire and Emergency response activities in accordance with requirements and level of training. You will actively participate in a team environment and ensure that the overall success of the team is considered to be an outcome of individual success.
We're looking for someone with:
4. Practical experience using a range of tools, small plant, and equipment.
5. Have well developed skills that are transferable in a field based operational position.
6. Certificate IV in Conservation Land Management or similar environmental management qualification.
