The Centre provides critical health and wellbeing services to women of the Goldfields and their families. Counselling, sexual assault support services, a women's GP clinic, carers support programs and peer support groups. The families who call us and walk through our doors have diversity in their lived experience, cultural and socio-economic background and family dynamic. Operations Coordinator – 35 hours p/w commencing early January Our Operations Coordinator oversees the day-to-day operations of the Goldfields Women's Health Care Centre, including the supervision of the client services and administration team. This position supports the Chief Executive Officer with achieving the Centre's strategic and operational goals. Sound good so far? Here's a bit more about what your day-to-day will look like: Lead, direct and oversee the Client Services and Administration teams including staff leadership and management to motivate, encourage and inspire the development of a strong, efficient and effective team ensuring a professional, proactive, client-oriented and value-driven culture. Responsible for overseeing an effective office operation including greeting visitors, answering a high volume of incoming phone calls and delivering a high level of service to our customers. Manages maintenance and security of facilities and equipment. Contribute to a positive, collaborative, innovative culture, including providing input to strategic and business planning. Writes grant applications. Coordinate meetings, manage staff calendars and schedules. Preparation of reports, presentations, correspondence, and drafting of new contracts. Collaborate with the broader team to coordinate special events and activities. Attend special events and activities where required, including after hours. Management of social media, website, and member communications. The subject matter can be a bit heavy, therefore we look for team members with a bit of life experience and a tonne of empathy.
