This will also include maintaining and enhancing KYC compliance practices within Business Banking. This role is responsible for supporting customers via calls (outbound and inbound) with Business Banking account openings, processes and enquiries.What will your day look like?As a Customer Onboarding Consultant, you will:Perform ACIP and KYC for non-individual customers at onboarding for complex non-individual customer entity structures i.e. trusts and multiple layers of beneficial owners.Support customers via outbound (and inbound) calls with Business Banking account openings, enquiries and processes while balancing team, customer, risk and performance outcomes.Support KYC compliance and risk teams with Regulatory activities, including discrepancy management, investigation, analysis and compiling of information as required for specific requests.Support AML/CTF compliance and risk teams to carry out KYC reviews by providing information, data, system access, procedures and other key governance artefacts as required.Provide support and training to business on KYC compliance and obligations.Accountable for maintaining high data quality standards by ensuring information captured in Suncorp's systems and documentation are correct and maintained in a timely manner.What will you bring?To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:Compliance experience required, specific to KYC (Mandatory)Experience in a frontline banking and/or contact centre operations (Desired)Proven experience in a customer focused environmentYou're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
