Our client is seeking a friendly and energetic individual to join their team as a Scooter Technician, becoming an integral part of their mission to bring the joy of scooter riding to Australians! About the Role As a Scooter Technician, you'll report to the Store Manager and work closely with the retail team to deliver outstanding customer service and ensure a seamless experience. You'll oversee the service department at your location, either independently or with other technicians. Your key responsibilities include: Performing repairs and maintenance on electric scooters and other electric products Managing warranty claims and liaising with manufacturers Providing expert technical advice and assistance to customers.
