Tasks & Responsibilities:
* Cultivate strong customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and addressing needs efficiently.
* Collaborate with customers to devise effective solutions.
* Facilitate communication between customers and internal teams to meet contractual obligations and KPIs.
* Enhance operational visibility and performance, fostering revenue growth.
* Engage with stakeholders to develop logistics solutions that drive value and expand market share.
* Deliver professional reports on KPIs and commercial data.
* Attend meetings and activities related to assigned portfolio.
* Communicate important industry trends and operational changes to stakeholders.
* Foster collaboration among internal teams to enhance service delivery and reduce customer churn.
Skills & Experience:
* 5 years’ experience in a similar role or equivalent
* Tertiary qualification in Commerce, Business and/ or logistics or extensive industry experience (preferrable)
* Understanding of data analytics and presentation of statistics
* Supply chain expertise to optimise share of wallet across services
* Strong leadership, mentoring and management skills Proficient in use of Microsoft Suite
* Ability to multi-task and problem solve with a structured approach while managing decisions and negotiate
* Ability to multi-task and problem solve with a structured approach and Commercial acumen, with a notable ability to influence and negotiate
