You'll lead transformative initiatives, including digital campaigns, content creation, brand elevation, and omnichannel marketing strategies, all while championing our vision for global excellence. Key Responsibilities Strategic Marketing Leadership:Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with organisational goals.Drive brand positioning, ensuring consistency across all platforms.Conduct market research to identify trends, customer insights, and opportunities.Develop KPIs to measure the success of marketing initiatives and report on their performance to the executive team.Hands-On Execution:Manage and execute end-to-end digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content creation.Optimise e-commerce channels, ensuring seamless customer journeys and maximising online sales.Design and implement creative marketing assets, including visuals, copy, and multimedia content.Leverage analytics tools to track campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments.Create and build engaging social media content to increase followers and engagement across platforms.Develop strategies to increase website traffic and enhance positive brand recognition and brand association.Collaboration and Team Leadership:Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, IT, and Learning and Development, to align marketing initiatives.Build and lead a high-performing marketing team as the organisation grows.Foster partnerships with external agencies, vendors, and influencers to amplify marketing efforts.Budget and Resource Management:Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness.Negotiate contracts with external vendors and ensure high ROI from marketing expenditures.Requirements 5+ years' experience in a senior marketing role, with a strong track record in e-commerce and digital marketing.Proven experience in building a strong social media following and engagement score.Expertise in managing digital advertising platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager) and e-commerce platforms (e.g. Shopify, WooCommerce).Proficiency in SEO, SEM, email marketing tools, and CRM systems.Exceptional creativity with the ability to design and implement innovative campaigns.Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform decision-making.Hands-on experience in content creation, including graphic design, copywriting, and video production.Experience in marketing automation tools (e.g. HubSpot, Marketo, Klaviyo, Zoho CRM).Knowledge of emerging marketing technologies and trends.Experience in the Disability and Aged Care sector is desirable but not essential.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications.Certifications in digital marketing, e-commerce, or related disciplines are highly regarded.Highly motivated self-starter with a proactive approach.Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities.High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.Passion for innovation and staying ahead of marketing trends.Applicants must be eligible to work in Australia and have permanent residency.Your application will include the following questions:
