About the Role As the Personal Assistant, you'll be at the heart of our leadership operations - managing schedules, coordinating meetings, supporting strategic initiatives, and acting as a key liaison between internal and external stakeholders. Your role will be crucial in helping our leaders stay focused on driving growth and delivering outstanding construction outcomes. Key Responsibilities Provide proactive support to the Managing Director and senior leaders.Manage complex calendars, coordinate high-level meetings, and organise travel and accommodation.Prepare board and leadership team documents, reports, and presentations.Liaise with clients, contractors, and key stakeholders on behalf of executives.Support project tracking and key deadlines across leadership initiatives.Coordinate and minute internal leadership meetings and project discussions.Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in handling sensitive information.Assist with event planning, team communications, and ad hoc business needs. Skills & Experience Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, ideally within the construction, engineering or property sectors.Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).Experience supporting multiple executives in a fast-paced environment.Ability to build strong relationships and act as a trusted representative of leadership.
