About the Company A fantastic opportunity exists for a Residential Property Manager to manage their own portfolio in the western suburbs. You will have the ability to work autonomously, while also having in-office support when required. To be successful, you will need strong organisational and business development skills. Duties/Responsibilities Inspections including new properties, in/outgoing, and quarterly. Checking references of prospective tenants. Approving and signing up tenants and explaining requirements under the Act. Bond finalisations and refunds. Attending Residential Tenancies Tribunal hearings. Rental arrears. Maintenance. Sourcing new business and performing rental property listing appraisals. Skills & Experience Working in this role, you will be well-organised, proficient, and able to prioritise. Managing a busy workload, you will work efficiently and accurately at all times. Attention to detail is a must, as well as a professional, yet casual and friendly approach. It is essential you have: 2 years plus property management experience. Completed or applied for your registration (speak to us about how we can provide financial assistance). Intermediate or advanced computer skills including MS Word, Outlook, and Excel. Experience using the Rest system will be looked upon favourably. Current driver's license is a must.
