We're seeking a passionate Change Manager to guide Stockland’s new operating model: aligning with our value chain. The Opportunity - About the Role As our Change Manager, you'll craft and execute a change management strategy tailored to our new strategic partnership. You'll adapt your approach based on employee feedback, ensuring smooth transitions and strong cultural integration. This role is a Parental Leave contract through until June 2026. Your main responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to: Strategize and Execute: Develop and execute change management plan that aligns with our goals and adapts to evolving employee sentiments. Engage Stakeholders: Build and nurture relationships across all levels, leading workshops and fostering open communication necessary to drive leader-led change. Communicate and Train: Create engaging communication plans and training programs to keep our team informed and motivated whilst ensuring communication bridges cultural and geographical gaps Assess and Mitigate Risks: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation plans, and conduct impact assessments. Cultural Integration: Facilitate workshops to bridge cultural gaps and promote cross-cultural understanding. Innovate Ways of Working: Lead workshops to design and implement new ways of working, ensuring seamless transitions. Measure Success: Track progress using KPIs and refine strategies for optimal impact. Foster collaboration with peers and all interstate and business unit stakeholders. About You You are a proactive and resilient change professional with experience in supporting large organisations through new ways of working. This is a great opportunity to gain exposure to a variety of projects. In summary you will have the following qualifications and experience: Proven experience in change management and program execution. Experience managing complex programs and resistance to change. Strong stakeholder management skills. Demonstrated project delivery experience. Experience in the property industry or technology is a plus. Qualifications: Relevant bachelor’s/master’s degrees.
