CLINICAL PRACTICE MANAGER SCHOOL OF NURSING AND MIDWIFERY JOONDALUP CAMPUS $132,326 to $138,834pa (HEW 9) FULL TIME, ONGOING Overview
The School of Nursing and Midwifery provides a comprehensive range of academic programs to prepare health professionals for positions in nursing and midwifery.
The School has a commitment to developing strong partnerships locally, nationally and internationally through its collaboration with health professions, industry and the broader community.
Reporting to the Associate Dean, Strategic Partnerships and Work Integrated Learning, this position has a key role in the planning and implementation of the School's clinical strategic initiatives and is responsible for the line management of a team of nursing and midwifery Professional Practice Facilitators based over two campuses.
The Clinical Practice Manager is a Registered Nurse or Midwife, who is a leader in industry with a strong background in nursing and midwifery clinical environments, who will have the opportunity to influence the next generation of the nursing and midwifery workforce.
This role leads the team responsible for development and facilitation of simulation and remediation programs; the development and delivery of practical clinical skills; and building and maintaining new and existing industry relationships.
This is a key leadership role within the School which collaborates with its current and future industry partners, staff, and students.

Benefits & Remuneration
This ongoing, full-time position attracts a salary of $132,326 to $138,834 pa plus 17% University superannuation contribution.
