Client I’ve partnered with has been in business for over 10 years in the IT & Telco industry, becoming one of Queensland’s leading IT services & Telecommunications provider. They’ve pivoted into different areas, such as Cyber Security, and are looking to expand their sales team.
Role located in Gold Coast, hybrid 2 days in office.
The Role
We’re looking for a hunter to help drive growth in the region and nationally, selling a suite of products on offer. This individual will be a senior member of the team, providing insight and best practices to other members of the team, while reporting to the CEO. The role will be a hybrid model work environment, with 2 days in the office.
Responsibilities
* Design and action a created BD method to generate new business leads.
* Identify and position a range of ICT solutions to new clients.
* Liaise at a senior level to key stakeholders both external and internal.
* Work with the team to help provide best practices, bouncing ideas off each other.
* Ultimately be able to achieve target.
Requirements
* 3+ years within a BD role in IT / Software. Managed service sales will be highly favourable.
* Strong understanding of hardware/software/cloud/networking solutions.
* Fantastic communication & written skills.
* Have a hunter mentality, with proven experience of generating new leads from cold outreach.
