Due to this considerable growth and strong outlook, we are seeking a Strategy Manager - Corporate Development to support the Chief Financial Officer with strategic planning, operational improvement, M&A, and other strategic initiatives to drive business growth.This role will be the first hire into Fyfe's Strategy Division which will drive organic and inorganic growth initiatives in the business.It is envisaged that this role will be located within our Adelaide based corporate team, however applications are also encouraged from candidates based in Brisbane.Additional responsibilities include:Providing operational KPI analysis and modelling.Developing detailed financial evaluations to support proposed projects.Identifying improvement opportunities and formulating strategies to address business challenges through emerging technology (AI) that drive change.Conducting research on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences, preparing presentations and reports to the board and executive team.Supporting strategic pricing work and performing competitive analysis.Providing modelling, valuation analysis, due diligence and project management support for M&A opportunities.Your background and experience:Bachelor's degree in commerce, Economics, Finance or related field with proven commercial acumen.Experience in investment banking, or the Big 4 is highly desirable.Minimum 4 years proven experience in strategic planning backed by strong financial modelling skills.Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.Proficiency in predictive data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, PowerBi).Strong PowerPoint skills in the preparation of succinct presentations.Detail oriented with a keen attention to accuracy.Demonstrated experience and involvement in understanding a corporate finance function.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence decision making processes.Highly self-motivated with effective time management and organisational skills.Demonstrated flexibility in adapting to changing business environments and priorities.This significant opportunity will accelerate your career in corporate management, with your transition into the role supported by mentoring and the framework of a successful and flourishing business.Culture:Fyfe embraces and fosters a culture that supports diversity, inclusion and respect, where people are empowered to fulfil their potential.
