This broad and exciting role supports the design and delivery of strategic talent initiatives for our executives.About the Role:This is a unique opportunity to work within a small, dedicated team of talent acquisition and development professionals. We design and deliver a bespoke, best-in-class experience for executives covering all stages from recruitment through onboarding, development, and succession. As part of our progressive People, Culture and Communications team, you will contribute to making Telstra one of Australia's best places to work.Key Responsibilities:Executive Development and Onboarding: Develop tools and initiatives to accelerate development and performance. Coordinate development and onboarding activities, assisting Talent Partners to provide a bespoke, high-touch experience for executives.Talent Mobility and Succession: Analyse and manage data to provide an informed view on bench strength and succession risks. Contribute to the design and implementation of strategies to proactively mobilise our workforce and close succession gaps.Data Analytics and Reporting: Leverage workforce intelligence and data analytics to inform talent strategies.
