Coming with over 50 years of experience in comprehensive land services – my client is the leading provider within their sector across regional Victoria. Due to a recent vacancy, they require a People & Culture Manager on a permanent basis to lead the P&C function.
Your new role
The People & Culture manager is responsible for guiding and managing the overall provision of Human Resources Services, Policies and Programs. You will design, drive and deliver on operational initiatives across the business. This is a generalist role as you will lead employee lifecycle activities, learning & development, complex employee relations and some industrial relations, workforce planning, talent acquisition, training and general policy development.
What you'll need to succeed
You must be an experienced Human Resources professional, be a strong and determined professional who gets buy-in from key stakeholders across the organisation. You must have excellent leadership qualities, with the ability to empower your team and develop their skills.
